Adored Beast Apothecary Fido's Flora

We adopted a boxer mix with a history of skin problems (mange, allergies, and ringworm). When we brought her home, her coat was on the thin side, and her skin was pink. Within a month of so, her skin had started to turn black. The vet did a skin scraping to be on the safe side, which was negative for anything, so we did full-spectrum allergy testing. She isn't allergic to anything other than a slight allergy to dustmites, so we didn't know what was causing this, or if her skin was naturally dark and was just pink because it was still healing. Well, no. She was increasingly itchy, and neither mediated baths nor oatmeal baths relieved her itchiness. I walked into the Well Bred store in Clinton, talked to the woman there about Echo's problems, and she recommended this prebiotic/probiotic. Well, within 3 months my dog's skin is pink again, her coat looks and feels great, she's less itchy, and she can go longer between baths now. She's 50 pounds, and this jar lasts about 28 days. Yes, it's expensive, but soooo worth it. I only wish it came in a larger jar.
