Shipping policy

General Information

We are a local business that strive to ship your orders the same day on all on stock items. Minimum order is $50.

If we don’t have your order on stock, we will contact you with options. We replenish our inventory every week.

We only deliver to residential addresses in the continental USA.

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.

Our products are not offered to resellers/wholesale.

We offer fast delivery to neighborhood Zip Codes for all in stock items up to 10 miles from your Well Bred store by Uber..

On stock items:

Same day delivery for orders by 2pm for on stock items.
Next day delivery if the order is placed after 2 for on stock items
The delivery is only from the Well Bred store with 10 miles from our delivery address If that item doesn't have your item on stock, it is considered out of stock item (see below)
We use Uber services to deliver your package.

Out of Stock Items and Special orders:

If the item is not on stock in the store within 10 miles from the delivery address, we will contact you with information about the earliest delivery date.
We replenish most of our stock on Thursdays. If you are placing a special order, please do so by Tuesday so we can get your item on stock.
We may not be able to deliver on Sundays
Special orders accepted for items not on stock (delivery up to 7 days)

We reserve the rights to cancel your order if it is too large to fit in Uber car seat.

For larger orders, please place 2 orders.

Items marked "Ship Nationwide" can be shipped nationwide.
Maximum order is $400.
We use UPS group, but in case UPS is not available or it's cost prohibitive, we may use USPS or Fedex to ship your package.
We only ship items that we can fit in one box. If we can’t fit it in one box, we will contact you about it and possibly cancel the excess. If you would like a bigger order, please place 2 orders instead.
We are sorry but we can’t ship Items marked as "Local Delivery Only”. This category includes frozen items, kibble, cans, liquids and large items.
