Refund policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

General Policy

If you don't like our product for any reason, please bring a new unused item back to any of our stores for a refund within 30 days from your purchase. The item should must in new condition with all packing and price tags attached.

Beds, crate pads & carriers sales are final.  Frozen foods sales are final as we can't resell them after they left our freezers. 

To return:

  • Items bought in our physical stores or delivered by our driver in local deliver  - please bring the item to the nearby store.  There is no restocking fee for such returns.
  • Items shipped to you by USPS, UPS or Fedex shipped to you, please email us for a return shipping label at web@wellbredonline.com. The shipping cost with restocking fee of $15 per order applies to cover the cost of the return. 

Extra satisfaction guaranteed for foods

We give you an extra satisfaction guarantee for foods purchased in our local stores!

If your dog didn't like it or you don't like them for any reason, we take back even the bag is open. Please bring the original bag with the food or treats to one of the Well Bred locations for a refund within 30 days from your purchase as a store credit.  

In order to get the credit, we need the product to be returned in original packaging and be 70% full.  

We only allow 2  returns per 6 months as we don't want to contribute to wasting food with high content of meat. 

Defected items

Any items with obvious manufacturing defects can be returned to the store within 30 days for a refund. In some cases, the refund has to be approved by the manufacturer prior to the refund.

Chewed items

If the returned item is chewed by your dog, destroyed by a customer's pet or damaged due to wrong use, the item can only be returned by a customer directly to the store within 30 days from purchase date after manufacturer's approval.  The refund as a store credit will only be given after the manufacturer's approval which can take up to an additional 14 days after the return.
